Mr. Battaglia joined the Harrison firm in 2016 with more than seven years of experience representing clients in bankruptcy court and state and federal debtor-creditor litigation, including fair debt collection practices law. Mr. Battaglia draws from this experience in representing clients in a diverse range of legal matters, including residential real estate closings, commercial real estate closings, loan transactions, chapters 7 and 13 consumer bankruptcy filings, creditor bankruptcy representation, foreclosure, homeowners association disputes, real estate litigation, and title curative matters.
