Nelon Kirkland is a principal in Dye Harrison. Mr. Kirkland focuses his practice on Civil and Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury lawsuits and Motor Vehicle Accidents, as well as Family and Marital Law. In his early years of practice Mr. Kirkland was an assistant state attorney for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, which covers DeSoto, Manatee and Sarasota Counties.

Mr. Kirkland is admitted to practice before all courts of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Manatee County Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association.
